A small card appears on the tab you are working in, with how long the break has left and one simple thing to do. Drag it out of the way or hide it.

Set a daily goal and see it fill. Stats count your sessions, focus time and goals hit, and your streak earns milestones from three days to a full year.

Yes, all of it. There are no ads and no premium tier. I built AmbientFocus for my own work, it genuinely helps me, and I'm happy others can use it too.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Every sound and the timer are bundled with the extension, so nothing streams.

What data does the extension collect?

None. There is no account, no analytics and no server. Your settings, mixes and stats stay in Chrome.

Can I just play sound without a timer?

Yes. Timed sessions stay off until you turn them on, and the sounds play the same either way.

Will the break card get in the way?

It sits in a corner of the tab you are on. Drag it anywhere, or hide it until the next break.
